Japan will be the world's most stringent emissions regulations

NOx in diesel, rules will reduce 40% to 65%, the PM by 53% - 64%, basically reached the same level with gasoline vehicles. Gasoline vehicles, for possible emissions of PM, with NOx adsorption reduction catalyst straight engine car, implementation and diesel vehicles will be the same level of PM. Because do not use gasoline, LPG, light oil benchmarks for the same as the diesel vehicles, so will be even more strict with the reinforcement of diesel regulation.

From the point of strengthening the regulation effects, if applicable object vehicles all conform to the new rules, then compared with consistent with the provisions in the 2005 car before, NOx will be reduced from 270000 tons to 100000 tons (about 62%), PM will be reduced from 3800 tons to 3800 tons (about 63%).
